I decided to combine today's "ways to use it" challenge with Monday's technique challenge, and "burn" some corrugated cardboard... Someone very close to me is a recovering alcoholic who beats herself up pretty good with regret and woulda/coulda/shoulda... This card is for her - one of the most sensitive, compassionate, caring people I know. The sentiment from Carl Bard says "Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending." I decided I was okay with the ribbon tails covering parts of it, since the ribbon is sheer and you can still read it IRL... Thanks for looking!

Fantastic card, love the combination of bright flower and burnt background. And I believe so much in that sentiment. I am always telling my dad that he can't change the past, he should let it go and change the future instead. I am sure your friend will be so touched by this card.
