Tee hee, I'm sure some of you out there remember that slogan from your younger days (although I changed it just a tad)!
Here's my card for today's color challenge: Kraft, So Saffron and Night of Navy. The colors go so well together and are so rich and elegant, I decided to make a somewhat elegant card. However, in the pic. taking, the colors got washed out, and you can't really tell that one is so saffron and one is kraft. You'll just have to take my word for it!
I certainly can't take credit for this card: I CASEd a card from SandiMac: Asian Artistry in Razzleberry. I changed the colors (obviously), the stamp set (again obviously) and the size and layout (somewhat). I added two charms and brads (it looks in the pic like one of the brads if coming out; I had a really difficult time getting the brads through the charms that I've had forever).
Anyway, I punched out the "vase" from Night of navy cardstock with my largest SU circle punch. I offset the punch a bit so the "base" was "cut" when I punched, and then I cut the "top" off with my paper trimmer. Next I stamped the branch from Bird on a Branch (that's where the bird part in the title comes in) in versa mark on so saffron, and heat embossed it with Ranger Gold ep. I stamped the flowers over the gold branches in night of navy, then added the dots in versa mark and gold ep and embossed again. I stamped a dragon on the "vase" in night of navy. Then I layered the so saffron onto night of navy cardstock and then onto the Kraft card base. I then decided to add the brads and charms (one is a dragonfly and the other is a lady bug).
I like the way this came out: simple but elegant, I think. Hope you like it, and thanks for looking!

Love that pot. Your flowers are so delicate. Super pretty card. Love the insects you added. TFS :0)
