I had this scrap of Bali Breeze retired designer paper in my stash, so I trimmed off the top inch, flipped it over and glued it to the bigger piece of dsp. I wrapped it with Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon to hide the seam and glued this panel to a Taken With Teal card base. The chipboard flower was already *glitterized* so I just added the sentiment, punched it out with my 3/4" Circle Punch and stuck the flower to the card with a Dimensional. (By the way, the sentiment is actually one line across, but I used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to stamp the words to fit inside the circle. Make sense?)
