Embellies are nice, DP is strokable but sometimes you just want paper and ink, right?! I made this card in honour of the first challenge in the CHF Summer Stamp Star contest (it's a colouring challenge - any medium goes!).
I love to use Distress ink to watercolour - just squish the lid down on to the pad, pick the colour up with a brush and you're away! Distress inks stay true to colour in water. So do most Adirondacks but Stonewashed breaks down to give purplish tinges which is fun for a bit of variation in your sky!
More info on making this kind of shaped card in this post on my blog if anyone would like it.
