I'm so excited to get the chance to play in the TLC today... faux burned edges! Love this technique Lynn!!!
I used two of the new Our Daily Bread Designs Sets (http://www.ourdailybreaddesigns.com/) to be released July 1, Amazing Grace and Amazing Grace the Hymn. I followed the instructions to create a faux burned edge for my sheet music for Amazing Grace. Then I cut just the third verse words from Amazing Grace to hightlight the words of that verse, thinking it went well with the burned, aged, distressed idea. For many of us, we are at the point of life where we can sing these words from our heart".... through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come... Tis Grace hath brought me safe thus far, and Grace will lead me home"
I'll put all the deets on my blog so please check there! Thanks as always for looking and for your sweet comments. I will be back this evening to view and comment!
