A card for my next hostess club party using new In Colors and the Manhattan Flower EB folder, which I brayered on the debossed side using Mango Mambo and Crushed Curry. Be sure and brayer some of the ink off onto scratch paper 1st. Better to add lighter colors that can be well blended without showing streaks and looking muddy. Then all you have to do is cut out the image. I also used Shimmery White CS, which gives such a pretty shimmery look. I mounted with dimensional foam tape onto Summer Sun CS, added ribbon (1st) then the sentiment using the new Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set. I can tell that is going to become a favorite sentiment set.
This brayered roses technique was dreamed up by the very talented Patty Bennett. You must check out her website, esp. if you are a SU demo or SU fan.
Accessories: Big Shot, SU Manhattan Flower Folder, Mango Mambo swiss dot ribbon, lg and sm oval punches, papersnips, Brayer, corner rounder punch, dimensional tape

Fabulously gorgeous Nancy!!!! Those 2 new colors together look a lot like my mom's favorite rose... still trying to find one.. "Whisky Mac". She loved her Rose Garden.. guess that's where I get it
