The images were stamped on White cardstock and then cut out. Flower Soft was added to the center and then Stickles Orange Glitter Glue. White glossy was used for the water and water ripples. It was painted with watercolor and then Stickles added to highlight. The images were cut out and mounted with 3D Pop Dots. The bow was made with 2 pieces of ribbon. There is more detail on my blog.
