Hello everyone, this week is Mothermark's teapot tuesday anniversary. Yep, 52 weeks=1 year. I am so glad to be a proud follower of this day. Fun to share this party we all so love and look forward to every tuesday. If you still don't know where it is:
Come join us, you are sure to have a laugh or more! This week though, "Mum" seems to be the word, as in silent and reverence because we are meeting with the Queen MUM! How cool is that! Of course you can't talk that way in her Majesty's presence. It is going to be so exciting to meet he boys, William and Harry. Wonder if we'll get to meet some Sirs too. I know I would just die if I met Sir Paul MacCartney! I know, I know, I can't be myself this week. Have to lay low and observe the happenings. Thank you Cindy, for inviting us to you at the Queen's Castle. Don't know how you pulled that one off, but I am impressed and want to know who you know! So happy anniversary Cindy and may we all be crazier for the ones to come!
This is actually for another fun challenge called Midnight Madness hosted by Priscilla Styles, you can find her here:

This card is royally beautiful...in honor of your royal week. Sounds like fun. I love the way that you tweaked the sketch so that the bird could still peak out. I look forward to seeing your entry each week!

Peggy, this is sooo pretty! The pink frou frou is very Sir Elton John, heee! I thought I saw him at the airport, but it was probably just Mutnik in one of the costumes that Krischir has been lugging around for her, snicker...I, too, have been following the MMSC and been having fun with those fancy sketches! Extra credit points to you for a fantastic double challenge card!

Hi Peggy! I had to fly back home and go to stamp class (remind me not to go to a stamping class that is scheduled on a Tuesday when I should be home looking at awesome teapot cards!) but I am back now and I can't believe the line didn't move that far! We are gonna have to stay another night I think! Thats okay, lotsa teapots in the castle, plenty of tea!
Your card is awesome Peggy and how fun that you were able to do two challenges with one card! I love the embellishments you chose.
I have so enjoyed you being at the teaparty each week and when you moved you were sorely missed! Thank you for making today so fun. I know it was a long trip but hey, who says no to the Queen, and the boys, and maybe even Sir Paul! Not us, we don't say no, huh Peggy! Giggle! Follow me, we gotta go over here and see what all the commotion is! Yikes! Is that a tea partier????

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, my cabbage, but the Queen mom passed away several years ago. Now, don't take that too hard - Queen Elizabeth is still on the throne and yes, perhaps you will see her wonderful sons - but the Queen Mum is at rest. Eternal rest, if you get my drift!!! Lovely card - beautiful embossing and love the sketch !! Lovely bg paper!! You know, I see that Schrimcat has mentioned Elton John above - you know that he is Sir Elton John - he was knighted by the Queen ........... so perhaps you will meet him too!!
And - Happy St John Baptiste Day ma ami! Aussi, moi, J'have deux cartes avec ma galleria sil vous plais!

Oh, what a beautiful card, Pegs. So fancy, dancy just like the tea party and the Queen. For the record, I don't think it was who MM knew that got us invited to the tea, I think it was WHAT she KNEW. That worked out ok, though.
