Hi! This card was made for today's Color Combination Challenge: Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango and Summer Sun. It also fits yesterday's CAS challenge to paper piece.
When I saw this color combo, all I could think of was the shirt my SIL and BIL brought Mark back from Hawaii! It is the loudest, most obnoxious shirt I have EVER seen! So, of course, Mark likes to wear it to family gatherings...not HIS family gatherings, MINE! So, all MY relatives think he's a Magnum, PI wantabee!LOL!
So, thoughts of that shirt lead to thoughts of clothes and that lead to thoughts of this cute set of clothes for Anya and Ian!
I colored the individual shorts, and individual shirts with Copic Markers and cut them out. I paper pieced them together. Since I wanted this to be a Clean And Simple card, there is LOTS of white space, only 4 layers, including the base and only ribbon as an embellishment!

Your white space with it's simply lovely detailing is the perfect backdrop to POP these colors into the 'front and centre' stage they deserve. I hope it didn't give you a panic attack to just use 4 layers, because you used them with all the effectiveness of multiples upon multiples!!!

This is probably my favorite card that I've ever seen of yours! I love the simplicity of it! I'm going to have to try this color combo with a white base - looks MUCH better than my feeble attempt at this color combo!

Wow, I couldn't have picked out your card today. Love the scoring on the top and bottom.
