For Ways to Use it Challenge, to use text! I don't have any text stamps, and didn't have a newspaper handy...and don't encourage book-ripping at my house even though I was very tempted (my 3 & 5 year olds might have a field day if they saw me!!!!) So I took PTI Guide Lines grid paper (which I am currently obsessed with!) and stamped the tiny enjoy from Mixed Messages first 3 per square on the grid, stamped Aida Cloth over it, then stamped a bigger enjoy from Vintage Picnic Baskets set over the top. Then sponged the whole thing and punched it out.
And I am on a mission to continue to use the 8 million buttons (both new and vintage) that I have in my stash! My daughter's sitter just bought me a jar for a 1.00 at a tag sale...lucky meeee!

This is so cute! I love the country flavor and you did an amazing job creating your text circle. You may have inspired me to try and use some of my 8 million buttons, lol.

LOL, I can't tear a book either. I started with a magazine yesterday, but the gesso was still drying when it was time to call it a day. But who needs a book when you can make your own wonderful text panel like this. With an apple a day it could almost be a get-well card (without the enjoy ). Loved your layout, too.
