1. Jane a fellow blogger/Splitcoaster (harrahX2) has been waiting a long, long time for me to feature the teapot she sent me as a joke so many, many, many months ago. She and her buddies from work picked up this teapot and sent it to me as a challenge, if you will! Snort! She refers to it as the *Butt Ugly* Teapot and she's basically been chomping at the bit waiting for what I (and YOU) would come up with. She wondered if the Photographer and I could shed any light on what the big pink thing is. We could not! (Edit: Sabrina thought it might be some sorta fruit! That's a good idear!) I was 100% stumped by this teapot but it did remind me of Sumo Wrestling!
2. We have been invited to a Japanese Tea! And guess what? It's at the home of a professional SUMO wrestler! We will have our shot at Sumo wrestling, drinking tea while sitting on the floor and dressing in our best Japanese attire or Sumo belt! Snort!
3. In order to find out how you get in the back door at the Teaparty, visit my blog. Or if you just want to join the challenge or see the other Teapot Tuesday Cards.
Thanks for the fun Jane!

HAHAHAHA! That card is SUCH a riot! IT CRACKS ME UP...get it, crack?! Well that IS one ugly teapot ...no offense Mr. Teapot. This is going to be a challenge for sure...it kind of looks like that branch on the left is trying to stretch out Sumo Man's belly?! Maybe that makes this teapot GUTT ugly, snicker....I sure hope that it is a fruit...or else that would make that little bump his bellybutton, ewwwwww!

My first impression was `that`s one UGLY teapot!!`
Looks like a distorted sumo wrestler, and that big pink thing is his belly button!
This is going to be one difficult challenge! Just as well I have the next few days off to work on it!
Looking forward to see what the others come up with!

I don't think your sumo wrestler is going to do to well. His legs and butt are so little. What a hoot. I love your card. You and only you could create a butt card. Hmm this is a tough one. I am thinking we all need to bring some sushi. My daughter just got a job at a sushi bar so I will have her bring some over.

That realy is one Butt Ugly Teapot but your take on it is fabulous, as always. I hope to hear from others what they think it is. I think it's his tummy..........and belly button. I have heard many versions or visions of what it is. Your take is an original and absolutely perfect! the back side of the tea pot confuses the issue even more and may be another whole challenge!

Oh dear - this one will be a stretch. Your butt card is just too funny. Where are those vines going? I'm going to have to put my thinking cap on for this one.

I must admit that actually spewed my coffee after viewing this butt ugly teapot and butt ugly butt!!! Whoa!
OMG, girl! I was laughing so hard this morning when I went to check out your Teapot Tuesday challenge that I woke up DH! Your sumo wrestlin' card is hysterical! I even gave him a name. It's Hiroyuki, which means "widespread happiness" in Japanese. I'd say it's fitting; wouldn't you????
This was a tough one for me. I tried to turn something butt ugly into something butt cute.
I cannot wait to see what the others come up with. I hope we get alotta people comin' to the sumo wrestlin', sake-drinkin', sushi-flingin' tea party today!

Well, Cindy you have a great way with your creativity. Who would have thought of a sumo butt card? Only you miss I made a card out of fake fingernails. It is your creativity that has people coming week after week to your teaparties.

You always do such an outstanding job but this time you have really out did yourself, although sometimes your imagination scares me! HeeHee I love looking at your creations, but this one will be hard to top!

This teapot looks like my first project in a pottery class I took lots of years ago. The dude looks like he's had too much sake already. Hope he's not the one giving us wrestling lessons. What does the other side of the pot look like cause that's where you obviously got your inspiration? Snort! But seriously...what does the other side look like? Can't quite figure out the front. Thanks for the interesting challenge today.

I jes hadta come here and tell ya what a good time Michio and Bertie are havin' at the sumo wrestlin' tea party today. (Yes, Big Butt Bertie came in the back door, too.) Even though Violet's sushi is spoiled and most of the guests are on the terrace (totally schnockered I might add) cuz they made such beautiful and elegant cards and they don't wanna suffer the odiferous smell of Hiroyuki, Michio and Bertie are enjoyin' meetin' everyone, slingin' sushi, and pouring the sak.....er.....tea! Boy, do you know how to throw a party! Oh, by the way, I'm sorry to report that someone flung sushi in yer stampin' room. Peeee-uuuuuu!
