1. This cute little teapot is one I got for a discount because the lid didn't sit quite right on the teapot. Its like the wrong size or shape or sumthin' but no worry, it can sit on the shelf just fine with a lid slightly malfunctioning!
2. Why is it on Tuesday when all I wanna do is have a teaparty, something always comes up? Turns out this week I have to babysit for a chicken with chicken pox! So rather than cancel the teaparty we're moving it to the farm house, the chicken coop, the stable, and barn. Just bring your farm animals, your cows, chickens, and horses . If you bring a pig to the teaparty you gotta come in the back door cuz that's where we are testing for Swine Flu!
3. Do you all believe that in two weeks, I will be at Teaparty #52? A full year of Teapot Tuesday!! I have had a blast and look forward to continuing even though I am rapidly approaching the time when I will run out of personal teapots! But no worries, do you all know how many teapots there are on-line? Gazillions!!! Not the mention the many cool pictures of teapots I have received from various people. I am planning on celebrating my one year Teapot Tuesday anniversary by giving away some fun little teapot stamps by There She Goes! I'll tell you more about that next week!
If you would like to join our tea party or see the other cards in the Teapot Tuesday Parade visit my glob here.

Another perfect interpretation of a teapot! It is hard to tell the difference between the card and the real thing. Too bad your chicken caught the dreaded chicken pox. I would imagine though that everyone coming to the party has had their vaccination so no worries. I might not be able to attend the party this week. Oh horrors! We seem to have left the camera at the cabin when we came down last night!

Great card and teapot!
I wonder what food will be at the teaparty this week?
Will it be barn dancing this week? LOL!
Looking forward to seeing everyone there!

Cindy, this is so cute. I know exactly what I want to do. I will be late for the party today. You have to deal with a chicken with chicken pox. I have to deal with a government auditor. I have to look all business like as the President of the company. No card making until he leaves. YUCK!! I will be back to comment on everyone's cards and I will think of some really good treat to bring to make up for being late.

Your talent for replicating your teapots has just been amazing week after week, Cindy, and I can hardly believe a year of Teapot Tuesdays will soon be upon us! I'm sorry I haven't been able to participate as much as I would've liked over the last year, but I'm going to start getting up early on Tuesdays so I can play, like I did this morning, since you faithfully post early enough for me to do so! (Hubby says I'm crazy since I'm already getting up early on Wednesdays to do the sketch challenge----somebunny hep me, please!) Thanks for having this fun challenge, though!
This is such a cute teapot and card set. Are you putting your cards on display next to your teapots?

Ruh-roh. Seems there might be some competition goin's on for the tea party. Bertie's stirrin' up trouble amongst the ranks. She 'pears to be a might jealous of certain parties who have time to make TWO cards for the tea party. She's gonna have MariLynn send over the auditors to do some special 'vestigatin' cuz she thinks MaryAnn and Dawn are tryin' to butter up da Muddermark for some special favors or sumpin'.
By the way, no worries about the CDC. Bertie has taken care of that sitcheashun cuz her m & m chocolate covered chicken eggs cures whatever ails ya, including the pox.

Darling teapot and awesome card, Cindy! At first I couldn't tell the pot from the card! How fun! Well, this sure is a different tea party being held in the barn and all! And with all the officials around - yikes! Luckily we have some spiked tea and yummy treats! It's nice to take a break from the chaos and visit with you all! Thanks for hosting another fun tea party!

Ohhh this is one of my fave teapots YET! I LURVE that speckled chicken! Your card is a dead ringer...although, that is probably not an appropriate thing to say in chicken speak so I'll keep my beak shut and say that this is fan-TAS-chick...that is my word of the week!
