I didn't think I'd be able to play along with today's Clean and Simple Challenge (because I didn't have anything for one of the color requirements), but unfortunately I was suddenly faced with the need for two sympathy cards and this challenge gave me a quickly arrived at starting point. Today's challenge was to use pinks/corals, kraft, & one other coordinating color of your choice. I didn't have any kraft, so I had to use a creamy beige cardstock I had on hand. The "coral" I chose was my Palette boudoir blush ink. My third color is dark brown.
The floral image is from Basic Grey. I stamped the flowers in boudoir blush on a scrap of beige cardstock and paper-pieced them into my image. I sponged a piece of beige cardstock with my brown ink to use as a mat for my sentiment so that it would match the other browns in my layout.
Thanks for looking,
Emily

this is very pretty-I like how you adapted the colors and used what you had on hand instead of not playing in the challenge-these are great colors for a sympathy card
