Kisamari's wonderful colorful gallery was a new one for me, and just what I needed to get me started on my son's card! Thanks for the inspiration!!
I wanted to make this "group hug" card for my little boy who's turning 5, because it's become a thing with us, that whenever one of the boys sees their Dad and I hug, one of them will call out "group hug" and we all have to huddle and hug. I hope they keep it up till we're old and gray and they'll have to bend to hug us!!
I "tie dyed" the bg by spritzing it with Glimmer Mists in blue, green and yellow.
I kept the colorful look of Kisa's card but changed the stamp, and added the sentiment. Kisa's fun card is here: CAS17 - A day at the Beach! by Kisamari at Splitcoaststampers

Oh Deena, this is just about the sweetest card ever, girl. I love the group hug sentiment and the story that goes with it. How precious is that! You gotta keep that one going until they at least leave home! I dont know a thing about misting, although I have probably every color mist ever made, but you certainly do! Wonderful care.

Nice card! I love the bg you made especially! I sure hope you can keep the group hug thing going in your family! If you do, let us in on the secret! (I practically need written permission from my youngest who is 20 before I can so much as give them a friendly pat on the back!).

How adorable. Love your tie dye BG too. I love your group hug story. I have to remind my eight yo son that he's half way *in age* to his first card and that he'd better suck up and give me hugs and kisses or it will be a clunker!!!
