This is a card I made for my husband to celebrate one of our month anniversaries. We have been acknowledging our wedding anniversary every month since we were married. Sometimes we will do something "big" like go out to dinner or dessert, but usually it's just a simple way, such as a card, a love note, or a very small gift. The fun part of this has been to count the months each time. We're up to 325 months. For those who don't want to do the math, that's just over 27 years. This is one of the many cards I've made for my honey over the year and one that I'd like to put in my gallery and share with you. I made it a while ago, but I think I have the list of supplies correct. I really appreciate it when others take the time to list the supplies, so I've tried to do that for you. The colors were inspired by a marriage conference we attended & truly enjoyed called Love & Respect. The teacher referred to men as blue and women as pink to help illustrate how different we are "wired" so to speak. Since then, we have nicknamed each other "Blue One" and "Pink One" and that is reflected in the card. He loved it! TFL

I LOVE your story! I read it to my husband and I think that he's inspired too. We're going on month 126 (10 1/2 yrs). This has always been one of my favorite stamp sets... someday I'll have to get it! Thank you so much for sharing your card and your story!

How sweet that you celebrate your monthly anniversary. My husband and I always celebrated the day on which we met, in fact when it came time to pick our wedding date- we decided to get married on the day that we met. Wonderful story and great card as well! You chose the perfect SU image for your card. TFS!
