I got my belly button *faux* pierced for the occasion! Can't wait to work off some of the goodies from last week. BUT I hear MariLynn brought cheesecake. Yum Yum!
In case you are wondering what the heck I am talking about......Check this out. Cindy has the coolest teapots that she lets us get inspired by. Love the one for today, even if it does have a snake for a handle! Yikes! ........here's mine.....
I just bought this birdy and he is the perfect shape for the teapot. I stamped him in black, red, green, yellow. Cut out parts and pieced them on the black one.
Faux pierced the belly button and added a ring. Used a new Clear Dollar Stamp set for the little belly button doings, and blue dots under the belly. This is such a cool set new this month. Added the black stripe things. Not sure how that dang snake got on my back disguised as a handle. Guess I will be going in the back door.... again. Glad Kelly brought her bowling ball and MariLynn her bowling pin shaped kittie!
Stamped Mutnik square stamp, then put on a white card that I stamped with gingham bg stamp.
Say, when you said we'd be having ice tea.......did you mean Long Island ice tea? That's my favorite!
Well, looking forward to a great time!........TFL :0)

Just watch out. Don't let Shirley catch you laughing. She is sensitive about her dancing. And make sure that while we are dancing that Kelly doens't drop that bowling ball on your toes. I love your little teapot chicken, birdie, or what ever she is. She is perfect. I love the gingham background.

Now that is bling at its best and in the best place! This little bird looks like she could do a eye catching belly dance. Hope the teapot doesn't get broken by someone throwing the bowling ball ( no names mentioned) to hit the snake hissssing handle.

Yay, Cathy's here, Cathy's here, Kelly, Sabrina, Shirley (, Apandi, Cindy, Marilynn...Cathy's here. Don't mind me I had cake for breakfast. Hee Hee, at least I had it with strawberries and milk though. That counts for the four food groups right? Oh Cathy, actually with this awesomely artistic card, you get called Mutnik for the rest of the party like Davinci or Picasso. Mutnik. Now that bird is sooooo awesome but I've heard of having a monkey on your back but a ssssssssssssssnake? Someone just wanted to come in that back door and see Kelly's ssssssssssssssssnake I think. This one must be a girl. Agressive little thing.

Did you know the belly dancin' instructor's sister is Paula Abduhl??? No wonder we are dancing belly dances to this funky sna...sna...snakkkkeee music!
He's a cold-hearted snake
Look into his eyes
Oh ohhh
He's been tellin' lies
He's a lover boy at play
He don't play by rules
Oh oh
Girl don't play the fool--no
Sna-sna-snakkkkkkeeee!!!!
Could you be more creative? How come I didn't think of drawing in a snake face on my teapot handle?? Huh? What a fun card. You are too creative for your own good!! Ya hear? Okay, here is the deal. Me thinks that we are just gonna have to send each-other all of these cards we are making at the tea parties cuz who could you send them to under normal circumstances? A card with a zebra outfitted chicken on it carrying a snake on his back and a pierced belly button??? Snort!
You always have to come in the back door! Bwahahaha!!!

Isn't he just the perfect shape for the teapot!! My, I just love this one, Mutnik. If you really don't like snakes you're welcome here for a visit- we have no native ones, just a little slowworm type thingy. Got to fly, see you around!

I need that gingham bg stamp!!! Kelly already had me convinced, and now I see your awesome card too!! That bird is just the best. The first think I did was see if it was a stamp. With all the awesome scenes you have been doing, I expected that you drew this too. Oh, but you did draw that snake!! How funny that the bird/teapot has a snake on it's back!! This card is just so great!!

You are outrageously creative my dear sister. The bling on the belly made me laugh so hard, I ended up on the floor in front of my computer!!! I'll pay for that move tomorrow at my age. You remind me of Markie's Mom. She always has the perfect dp, colors and image for all challenges and you always just have purchased the right image for you to dissect into the image needed for whatever challenge going at the time. I look forward to Tuesdays just for this challenge for the cards, stories and your creations. Superb!!!!! new word I am using today to see if it catches on. tfs, sis.
hugs to my sisters!!!!
