this is my card for Sunday's featured stamper challenge. We had the opportunity to browse thru Mercy Kerin's awesome gallery. She has so many beautiful cards and after looking thru 3x I chose this card as my inspiration.
I kept her holiday theme and the layout. I chose Memorial Day as my holiday and used the red, white and blue colors associated with this holiday.
I used dimensionals on the sentiment layer for some depth.
The America words I cut out from my dsp.
I am going to send this card to my nephew who is in the military to thank him for serving our country.
This also is for the challenge over at Sharon Johnson's blog to create a red, white and blue card.
