This is for FS120 and our inspiration artist is mcstampin74 aka Mercy Kerin. Wow! What a gorgeous gallery she has. I chose to case this card of Mercy's. ~ TECC64 : Slow Down ~ by mkstampin74 at Splitcoaststampers I kept the same basic layout but changed the theme and color. I wanted to pop up my image like Mercy so I cut out the little girl from the skirt down and popped up. All the ribbons and the bird are popped up as well but you can't see it well in the photo. I liked having the girls feet and skirt showing over the ground area making her look like she was really flying over the grass with her swing.
