I liked the hibiscus because, living in Florida, we have hibiscus bushes all over -- including one in my back yard. Then I went a little funky. The "flying bird" is actually a large paisley from a DP stack from DCWV that I think is called Pocket Full of Posies. I cut a slit in the green cs and slid the hibiscus panel down and into the punched corners. I added a googlie eye to my "bird" as well as feet stamped from one of the images from Inkadinkadoo's Bird Assortment. To emulate the stitching, I used a white gel pen and added the "Faith dots."
Thanks for looking.

I like what you created from the inspiration piece-especially the hibiscus bg-I love those flowers as well-I have mine in pots they are just starting to green up after being dormant for the winter-can't wait for them to bloom
