Well, let me preface myself by saying that I LOVE the CAS style. I pour over cards in the gallery and love seeing what everyone creates for the weekly challenges.
That being said, I don't know if this is my style. I like it well enough but I don't know if it's "me"... if that even makes sense.
I needed an extra thank you for my son's First Communion and I remembered this week's challenge... at least I thought I did. I used Bashful Blue instead of a Bold Bright.
The bottom line is I'm really insecure about this card. Be gentle with your comments ; )
Thanks for looking!

This is beautiful! I love the simplicity of this card. I really like the score lines and the thank you stamped across! Ya know, you don't ever have to worry about a thing when posting here. There's been cards that I've posted where I thought, omg..this is not such a good card, and the responses are ALWAYS so encouraging and positive. I think I can safely say that everyone who comments here are genuine and sincere. Keep on sharing!

This is lovely. Simple and elegant, just what a First Communion card should be. BTW, the women of SCS are some of the most wonderful women I've ever run into --- I've asked MANY of them how they did something on their cards, where to get certain supplies, explicit instructions on how to do something, etc., and not a one has ever disappointed me. They're terrific!

This is a lovely CAS card!!! A First Communion Card should be simple and elegant and this is both of those things!!! I know what you mean about loving it, but not sure if it is 'you' --- that's exactly how I feel (and I haven't been brave enough to play in the CAS challenge yet!!!).

Don't worry, you got it right! The key is to know when to stop with CAS. It's not always easy to keep it simple and still create interest. You have done it with this wonderful thank you card.
