I'm a day behind, but this is for the Technique Challenge this week, TLC221. I used the colors from the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge (Pink, Green, Brown). Both of these challenges were, uh, challenging for me! I wasn't sure what to do with the colors, and then there was so much space to fill on the tri-shutter card-- yikes!

I know *just* what you mean about so much space to fill!! That was quite a challenge for me, as well. But your card turned out beautifully!!! I love your images, colors, embellishments, layout, . . . well, everything!! This is such a lovely card. It will have quite an impact on its recipient!! Nice work.

You may be a day behind but well worth the wait. Wonderful look to your gorgeous card. I love the colors, the images and the dp's that you've used. Nice gems for flowers too.

You commented that there was a lot of space to fill but I think you did a fabulous job in taking the viewer's eyes from left to right by filling the middle horizontal section with images and using the butterfly's path (done in jewels) to assist in moving the eyes towards the right of the card. In addition, I think it was clever to use background cardstock that has a visible design (the dots) to fill the otherwise bare space while allowing the main images to remain the focus. Love it!
