I stamped the party hat, masked it with a Post-It Note, then stamped the whale over the top so it looks like the whale is blowing off the party hat. The outer edge of the Nestabilities circle was sponged with Pale Plum ink, and the whole image is raised with dimensionals.
The sentiment was computer-generated. I used my new Spellbinders Shapeabilities Ribbon Tags Trio (thank you, Nancy!) on the ribbon slider and the sentiment and then trimmed around the sentiment with scissors and sponged the edges with Pale Plum ink.
