I've always like the layout on page 68 in SU's Spring/Summer 2009 Idea Book & Catalog and thought it would work great with this cute chef. What do you think?
I started with a Whisper White card and added Textured Going Gray and Basic Gray cs. I punched out the frame with my 1 3/4" Circle Punch and eyeballed where to place the chef. I colored his scarf and the spaghetti bowl with my Real Red marker and the pasta with my Barely Banana marker. The spaghetti bowl was punched out with my 1 3/8" Circle Punch and then I added a Basic Black 1" Circle. To hide the seam, I used a 1/2" Real Red Circle,a white large brad and ribbon. I then glued the gray cs layers over the white card base and added the sentiment. (Thanks, by the way, to SusieN56 for the chef image and glitterbabe for the bowl of spaghetti.)
