You emboss the flower and then spray the paper until it really pools with water. Then you touch an aquapainter into a drop of reinker and touch it to the area you want the color in. It spreads out like magic! Warning, it DOES take a while to dry so this is not a last minute card!
I love this textured paper - wish it came in a stack all by itself! The other paper is pink pirouette.
