This is a card I started a couple of months ago but got 'stamper's block' and put it aside. When I saw the Fun On Friday challenge over at CPCM to use Rest and Relaxation as your theme, plus Silvia's Limited Supply Challenge for a beach theme, the rest of the card fell into place. The background was sponged, using a large post-it for a mask. I used an oval nestie to cut the 'spotlight' from the scene, layered, and popped it up.
Thanks for looking and thanks for your comments!!!

Angela, WOW isn't a big enough word for this beauty!!! This is so serene and gorgeous. Sometimes things left on the back burner for awhile really pay off and yours did BIG TIME!!! I just love the spotlighting, the sponging, the sentiment, ribbon treatment, paper piercing. It truly is magnificent!!!! TfS!
