I love beaches - I grew up within earshot of the sea. Couldn't do it now, but in those day it was down to the corner of the next house, through the caravan site, over the railway embankment and you were on the path above the North beach.
I love this set - Shore thing is the first SU set I got.
It reminds me of the beach scene in Snoopy Come Home - love that film...love the song from that beach scene with the sandpipers and the waves...
All those loves and all I could come up with was this CAS card.
One embellishment - magic mesh.
One layer - a Labels 1 Nestabilities.
I stamped the image with StazOn Stone Grey. Used Versamark and chalk for the sand, and some more chalk pastels for the sky. Sponged the edges with ColorBox Chalk Chestnut Roan.
The sentiment was also stamped with Stone Grey.
The heavens have just opened so that I needed an umbrella even to open the back yard gate for DH, so it's an indoor photo today.
TFL.
Thanks for the challenge, Silvia. Maybe I'll do something to remind me of Crete later on.

Sabrina, this is fabulous. I will always think of Snoopy come home when I see this set now. I have that song in my head now too. I love the mesh that you used. This card has a very peaceful feeling to it.
