Oh, this is so not what I had envisioned. I really wanted to make a more masculine card today. I failed - femininity just kept butting in! Oh well, I like the result. I'll have to do masculine at a later date.
I used a bit of the happiness background stamp as my main image. I used a lot of cuttlebug embossing folder Diamonds in the Rough for texture on this card. I distressed the edges of the one red layer with my freakishly strong wolverine fingernails. lol I seem to be reaching for red, black and white a lot lately. It's a good combo, how can I say no? And I didn't even use clear embossing powder this time! Now that is a shock! Thanks for looking.

wow-WOW-I Love it...but I also understand what you are trying to do!
Try the same card with just the ribbon without the bow!

Go, Karen Go!! I still think this looks FAB!! (And we used the same ribbon . . . from the same dang spool! Thanks for sharing!) Love the embossing throughout . . . looks great!
