Beaut-i-ful...I am on time for this week's Tea Party...now I would like to mention at this stage that the teapot in this picture is WHITE!!! So it is for this weeks Challenge (just incase you are wondering!) Just to back up my claims I have put it next to my WHITE teapot.....I feel like I am in the 'groove' now as I have something the same as our very own MOTHERMARK!!! It is my 'claim to fame' for the week! I have also combined it with last week's challenge based on the fabulous Tea Pot that Dawn (aka Flowergal36) made for Cindy...so pink with white spots is the way to go with this one!!
This Sugar Nellie image is the cutest little thing - and those legs - they were a challenge in themselves to colour!!! LOL! I have also used the Bandanna Technique with the Paisley Embossed background, using my White Gel Pen....that was fun, especially as I love paisley!! I have coloured this image with both wet and dry chalks, adding Kindy Glitz to the flower centres and Dimensional Magic to the Teapot. Paper piercing is added to the corners of the DP and around the image....then of course there are the flowers....and brads - this is a 'girly girl' card, as my DD2 would say! The gorgeous pink ribbon is from a RAK sent to me by Krafty Kylie...I love the sheen on it!
Cindy...I am so happy to be on time this week...and to have brought a combined effort 'to the table' - I miss being at the parties, they are so much fun...and I am so well behaved too LOL!! I thought I would bring Raspberry Tea to this party, just for a change (and the colour is perfect with the rest of the card)....gotta keep perspective happening!! Please sit me at the sedate table as I have a case of JETLAG and may need ' recovery' time - and we all know your Tea Parties tend to be on the...shall we say...'interesting' side!! LOL!! But bring me to the front when Marilynn comes in - I wanna see the birthday girl (Happy Birthday Marilynn!!!) Let's hope there is plenty of action - hopefully Dawn and Peggy won't encourage me to be naughty...I try hard not to be - BUT WHAT IS A GIRL TO DO!!!?!? LOL!
Thank you for looking...and for your comments...please check out MotherMark's Tea Party - I have about 53 windows open at the moment and when I find her blog, I will come back and link it!!! And please - Pass the tea love - I'm fading away here!!! By the way - there is more chatter on my NEW BLOG...I would love to see you there! http://lovelylindascraftcentral.blogspot.com/

Wow! All that and a pink polka dotted BG too! Mothermark is gonna flip when she sees this beauty at the party! And on time? Humm... I love your layout Linda, and the paper piercing and texture from the CB are gorgeous. You all have a nice lil party now! LYMI

Now who'd a thunk that combining these two challenges would yield this awesome, awesome card! I love the softness of the pink, I love the polka dots, I love the little girl/teapot image and I love the embellishments you chose! This card just rocks!
And I should say too that your teapot is awesome! So glad you *were in the groove* and brought it to us! Giggle! I love the shape of it......you did good photographing this....dark in the background but with light in the front! You aced this!
So glad you were here......and happy for you it was on time even though you know we party 24/7 from one Tuesday to the next!! With the exception of a little mud issues and the girls eating all the cake before the birthday girl arrived, all was well, glad you were here to observe that! Hee!

I can't believe how many challenges you squeezed into one beautiful card. I love the little white teapot. The one on your card. The bandana panel is perfect as is the pink polka dotted background. I am so glad that you got to come to the teaparty.
