This background actually was created by a mistake/my indecisiveness! At first I thought I wanted D'Vine Swirls, then I decided I wanted Swiss Dots. The result was a perfect background for indecisive people like myself - best of both worlds!!
I was also VERY excited that Archiver's had these Labels One Nesties in stock this weekend, so I immediately came home to play!
The flower image was stamped in Brilliance Graphite Black ink then clear embossed before being colored in by SU! Markers and a LePlume Blender Pen.
Also, not sure what's up with the pic (it looks like the S in Mother's doesn't have glitter on it), but I promise in real life all of the letters on that sentiment are glittery! I used a glue pen to go over each letter then sprinkled with glitter.

Beautiful card! I love that double-embossed look, and you did an awesome job with the water coloring. I like how you added the water color to the outside of the label layer.
