I made this card for my Grandma who had a stroke in February. She's in OH so I try to get up there when I can but like to send her cards each week. Blue is her fav color! =)
The chipboard letters are from the dollar section at Target. I sponged them with blue and black dye ink and then once it dried sponged a tad of Brillance Platinum pigment ink over them for a sheen. I did the same with the Primas. I'm still learning how to use those little flowers and get ink in the creases. This was my first attempt at using them. After cutting the cardstock, I sponged the top and bottom with Brillance Platinum pigment ink. The cardstock was cut and layered on each square. The scallop circle was also brushed w/Brillance Platinum pigment ink and then I rubbed "I, S, S" on there. Pop up dots were used for the scallop circle and flowers. The chipboard letters were held down with red liner tape.
Thank you for taking the time to look and comment! =)

I love this -- A neat way to do a card that is unique, but doesn't take forever to make.
