1. This is my card for today's CCEE challenge. This month Deb (88 keys) is assigning us our challenges. Today we had to make a Mother's Day card. Good thing, since I had not made any yet! Yikes!
2. I love the colors in this Penny Lane Tiny Dancer Paper by Mind's Eye. You can find it here at Stamper's Dream. I had these fun glittery tulip heads that I found on sale somewhere downtown and I used the stems from an old Close To My Heart stamp set to complete them with bodies! Snort!
3. This will be a great Mother's Day card for my mom as she loves tulips, gladiolas, iris, and etc. Growing up as a little girl she was surrounded by beautiful flowers because her father was the grounds keeper for a wealthy family that had lots of land. It resembled that of a park with beautiful plants and flowers on every inch of it!
4. If you would like to get your Mother's Day cards done today, join our challenge. The details are posted on our CCEE blog along with the wonderful cards the other CCEE girls created for this challenge.

I LOVE these pretty tulips, Gertie! A clever idea to use the CTMH stems/leaves with these sparkly tulips. I also love the pretty dp and how you used the picket fence punch behind the tulips. Good thing I don't live close to your mom cuz I'd probably take this card away from her. And that's the truth!phttttphthh!
