I am determined to have a bit of spring, even if I can only get it by making spring-like cards.
This one covers the sketch challenge and the color challenge. We had to use real red, old olive, basic black and white or ivory. Real Red was run through the Cuttlebug using the swiss dot folder. Two strips of black that where punched using the scallop border punch and then topped with Bo Bunny dp. The circle is old olive die cut with Nesties, white punched with scallop circle punch. and vellum using the same punch. The vellum was then stamped with stazon black using the flower stamp from A Touch of Nature. Colored the flower with real red using an aqua painter and ink. This was then turned face down and attached to the whisper white circle. The image was stamped with stazon black on watercolor paper, again using the aqua painter and real red, old olive and creamy caramel inks. The sentiment and butterfly are rubons. Added opal Pearl dots to the scallops and put the flower on dimensionals. Tell me what you think. tfl
