My DH likes to send funny cards to his family, so I can't make many for them, but he did approve this stamp as acceptable for his mom's Mother's Day card.
The image was colored with prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol. I used pink stickles on the collar, cuffs, and edge of her slip. The cherry in the cocktail is highlighted with a dot of red stickles. My MIL has the most beautiful shimmery white hair, so I used some stickles on the image's hair to make it glisten like hers. I used one of my Fiskars border punches to create the scalloped edges.
The Taken with Teal cardstock came to me from GETCR8TV (Heather) in Wish RAK. I think I'm going to have to order some of that color.
DH approves of the card - it is sufficiently comic - I hope his mom does too. Thanks for taking a peek.
