I made it! A little late, but I'm here....and I brought goodies!!!!
Didn't want to miss today, but I had so much going on. Thankfully I got a few minutes to put this card together. It is a close up of Cindy's very pretty teapot.
Pretty simple, stamped the flowers and clear eb them. Colored with re-inkers. Stamped the green and blue with two different stamp sets I found in my drawer.
With all the white on the doodled edges, and with a "small" piece of ribbon that Anne Ryan turned into a bow for me I decided this card might fit into the CAS challenge too.
Well, dinner dishes are waiting for me. Hope you like this.................TFL :0)

gorgeous, sis. your green and blue look like you stitched them. I keep looking and reading and you said you stamped them but they really look stitched. And as you know.....you know how to plug in your sewing machine. lol! tfl.

Cathy, I am so glad that you made it. This card was worth the wait. I love how you zoomed in on the little flowers. I love how the stripes look. That bow is fabulous!!!!

There wasn't much food mentioned today so I am certainly glad you brought us some nourishment! The bow is beautiful. I bet Jeannie dreamed of having a bow like this rather than the piece of cloth she always had to wear. Your placement of the green is perfect.

Hey Cathy, Cindy just took the leftover cupcakes from the freezer for us. She said they even taste good frozen. I love this teapot close up. How clever, like that's something new from you. Hee Hee. You are queen of clever.

That is a great close up of the teapot!!! I agree about that stamping looking like stitching - so textural. You've done a great job with this.... now can I have a treat too?

I too thought the green borders gave a great stitched effect - like I use on DH's pyjama collars and pockets, LOL. But they ain't as fancy as this close-up of the teapot. Late - not at all. Good grief, I have the stuff for the #1 party sitting on my desk waiting for inspiration.
I really like that soft faded blue.

This is super pretty, Cathy! Love all great designs on your rows! This looks just like Cindy's teapot! Love it! You didn't mention what treats you brought, but I'm a little hungry so I thought I'd check!

What.... is that ribbon I see on that card. I love it.. Thank you Anne for these bows. The bow is perfect Cathy. It really adds to your card. Not that it needed any gussying up. Love these colors. I rarely use them. I was wondering if since I have my bathing suit at this party could we all go for a swim in one of your clean pool. I know that they are clean because I have a card to prove it.. Hugs....P.S. I ran today...I am going to beat this before it beats me...
