ETA - my brother thought this was a cool card. When he rang after a busy weekend with oldest son's birthday and oldest daughter's commnuion, first thing he said was amazing card. Since this is my brother we are talking about, I assumed he meant the Snoopy card for my nephew, but no, it was this one .
I need a First Communion card for my niece, and DH wanted it to be a non-tradtional one. So I thought white and maybe some nice ribbon. The ribbon is still in the box, but I am hoping she will like this.
The base is 5 3/4" square, scored all around the sides and then the score highlighted with a clear Sakura Stardust pen. All the smaller flower punches I had were pressed into service, along with a Leone-Em leaf spray that is so hard to use I usually do without. I curled most of them up with the large end of my embossing tool and laid them more or less diagonally across the card, layering some and popping some up on foam. Lots of White Opal Liquid Pearls, a sentiment in silver ink and a vellum butterfly finished it off. Oh yes - there are some vellum stamens in the centres of some of the flowers, too.
Now I'll have to make a box to mail it in...

Sabrina, WOW!!!!! This is gorgeous. I love your spray of flowers in the corner. That little butterfly is so pretty. The scoring really adds that extra zing!!!!
