I wanted a really special card for my daughter's 9ths birthday, but can only make them very late at night. So it had to be easy, relatively quick, but meaningful. First I laid out the frames for the letters, then used the stamp positioner to align the blocks in the center (I stamped once on scrap, to lighten the ink). Using the positioner again, I stamped the letters using the AlphaBlocks, using the same ink as the initial block. Then I filled in around the letters using the butterfly from Border Builders. Finished in between the butterflies with the GellyRoll pen, writing small number nines. The line of flowers was made with the Border Builders, as well. The roots of the flowers are the words "imagine", "wish", "dream", all taken from the Everyday Flexible Phrases set. The dirt and the flower petals are chalked on.
