The Twisted Sister Challenge this week was to make a coffee themed card, using pink and brown, ribbon, a punch and brads. I have used this weeks Sketch Challenge for my layout.
Being a lover of pink and brown (sorry Tater) this was easy colourwise...I chalked an Emerson image and cut her out mounting her on 3D foam and changed the sentiment to a coffee themed one, I had to resort to handwriting - unfortunately!! I have added some bling to her, coz I reckon she;s that kind of gal....oh yes, for my punch I used the Nesties, compliments of Melinda80....the ribbon is behind the Nesties...and the brads...well you can see those!
This stamp was given to me by my friend Melinda80 and the other day she rang me laughing...telling me that she was in Target and turned around in the queue and she could have sworn (not that she would have) this lady was standing behind her...right down to the hat!!! How funny - I am glad I wasn't there coz I know I would have laughed!!
Thanks for looking...I hope it made you smile...and reahc for another comment...I would love to know what you think!!!

Linda: I love that stamp image - so cool!!! I love what you did with the card and your funny story. Your coloring is remarkable and I love the colors and sentiment. You really did do a great job and the card gave me a good laugh this morning - after I had my coffee!!! TFS!

This image is priceless! I love the DP you used and everything! I snickered at your Target story which brought to mind an event me and my Mom had at a Target. The characters in our story didn't look anything like this image but boy did we laugh!!! I'll tell you sometime. Beautiful creation and, I too, am honored to be your neighbor in the gallery of TSC!

I've had little time to play or comment lately, but your lovely work always makes me stop and take notice. What fun is this!! Great colors and papers. You are a remarkable colorer, but, though I love the smell of coffee, God must've left out my coffee tastebuds 'cause I can't get it past my nose!!

Ha, love these Emerson lades! I guess because they do seem so real. ok, you rock with the sponging, the coloring on this is fab. I alsolike how you did the DP in squares, very cool. Love the contrast of the squares and the round nestie. Great designs ad coloring. TFS
