Well, it's been a few days since I last did a challenge. Been busy with volunteer time at the schools and coaching baseball with my son at night. By then, I'm pooped. Today I have a sick son, so hopefully he'll get his rest he needs.
Todays Ways To Use It Challenge, we were to start out with using white c/s as our starting point with our cards. I already had the snowmen colored and cut out and saved for future use. Today, I decided to make a card with them. I started with ripped pieces of white paper and glued to half of the bottom of the card. The top part of the card I used my CB Snowflakes folder. I went back over where the creases were in the paper with Liquid Applique. I had stamped the snowman, cardinal, and the Christmas tree with Black Stazon. I colored all the images with my Primascolor watercolor pencils. I sponged the images with my embossing ink and added clear embossing powder. The Christmas tree is from the Michaels $1 stamp. The only cardinal I had was on a Christmas tree birdhouse stamp that I just stamped. The snowman is from a stamp company called Imaginations I had gotten from a garage sale about 7 years ago. I added the ribbon and a button snowflake to finish. I really enjoyed making this card. I know it's about 90 degrees here this week, but in some areas they still have snow. I decided to make the snow card anyways. Keeps my allergies away. Have a wonderful day.
What do you think?

Snow? Gaaack!!! Oh, wait... it's just on the card, not really outside my window. But it was (outside) on Tuesday. Just saying *no* to snow but definitely *yes!* to your cute card.

Super cute! I have to admit that I am glad I won't be seeing any real snowmen for awhile now! LOL! I'm fine with admiring these cute little guys on your cards instead!

That bg is perfect for these adorable snowmen! I love how the bottom looks like hills of snow and the top is embossed like snow in the sky. Awesome Card!
