I hadn´t any Gesso at home but found a recipe on Internet! , wallpaper paste and white acrylic paint. It worked fine! The card has a touch of fall...but you can see the snow behind..

this turned out great. and I love all the layers and the twine and buttons on the bottom.............. you can keep the snow, maybe I can send this rain there to melt it, lol.
