For Julia's "Frame it up" challenge I decided to make my own frame with a transparency. I stamped the distressed circle design onto my transparency then cut out the circle with my spellbinder die.

Gosh, I thought that was sequin waste at first, and I was thinking, not for the first time, why did I get rid of mine. I really love this - your frame concept, the colours and that sweet little image.
