This card is for Ways to Use It challenge #214 - to use a frame of any kind. My first thought was to use a retired SU! called Borders Mini. It was one of the very first sets I got. I had tried out all the stamps to see what they looked like and I loved them, but I don't honestly think that I've EVER made a card with them! Today that has changed
I used Riding Hood Red to stamp the border. I stamped the image (from Inkadinkado) within the border, and also on white, Pink Pirouette and Riding Hood Red. I cut the bottom from PP, the frosting from white, and the cherry from RHR. I left the pink as-is. I colored the sprinkles with red and pink markers, but when i used my Versamarker they kind of blended together. I liked it though, so I left it! I embossed it with Iridescent Sparkle. The cherry is covered with Diamond Glaze. The scalloped square is done with a Marvy punch out of Riding Hood Red. The main image is on Pop Dots, as is the cherry. The embossed square is done with a Nestability. The font is a free font I got from scrapNfonts.com called LD Flutter.
