I know it's early for Halloween, but had a couple of friends over and we love Halloween so each of us made a box. It was their first attempt and they did a great job. Didn't quite finish and will be back to complete theirs but I couldn't wait and put the finishing touches on mine.
Measurements: black box finished panels are 3.5"x 4", the white paper panels for brayering are 3"x3.5", used Pumpkin Pie paper for middle layer 3.25"x3.75"
Stamps used: SU's Home is where the Haunt is, House of Haunts, Stampabilities - Mummy 02 and Bat 02, Cat is Inkadinado
Colors for Brayered and sponged background: SU's Taken with Teal, Night of Navy and Pumpkin Pie, Olive green
I sculpted the hat, crow, and hands from fimo dough, baked and painted. The dirt is liquid applique heated.

Love your project, too cute. I have to tell you, I also got a kick out of your name, my sister-in-law's name is Dolly Watts and I have been trying forever to break her into the paper crafting world. For a minute, thought she had!
What mesurements did you use for your box? When I started making one using the tuitorial on the website www.magicbox.com, it was obvious it was going to be very small. I dont see how a good scenery stamp set like the one you used would work on such a small box.??
This box is Awesome!! Very clever, I love the floating bats and ghosties and your scenes are fabulous!! You really put a lot of time into this and it shows! My daughter's Bday is Nov 1st and this will be a perfect card for her!! Lovelovelove it!!!

Hi Dolly,
Could you please give me the measurements. I went to her website and got the measurements in mm, but I'm having the hardest time switching them over. Oh yeah, what did you use for the witch and the crow? I think that is just to cute!
Thanks if you can help
