We are to use labels in our card creations; I used a larger 4 x 5” white label that you can find in most office supply stores. I trimmed a quarter inch off the 4” end, peeled the backing off and the sticky side becomes the adhesive to create the crazy quilt pattern. Cut strips of paper and place it on the sticky in random directions, trimming the edges to keep at least one straight edge at all times for easier line up for cutting tool.
-Image is colored with Prismacolor pencils, baby oil and paper stumps.
-Sky was added using my handmade acetate cloud template and sponge.
-Faux stitching is done on the seams using the Stampin Up mat pack, piercer and black marker.
-The corner feature is from the Iron Eagle punch from EK Success.

Phew! I'm so glad you said the stitching was faux! I had visions of myself trying this, and throwing it all around the room when I got really frustrated!! How smart you are to use the label to hold all these bits to make a bg! You are still the best, Roxie!!!
