I think my ink pads need re-inking. I sponged as heavily as I could, but these colors still stayed soft. Maybe they are just soft colors, who knows. Anyway......
I used a new stamp from Clear Dollar Stamps woodland critters set. I stamped my little deer, clear eb and colored with re-inkers. Drew in the hills. I haven't done hills in awhile and I was having withdrawal pains! LOL I also added the tree.
To color the hills, I sort of discovered a new technique. First I stippled the hill with ink, then took a wet brush and went over it blending the color more. You are going to have to give this a try. Kind of cool.
Sponged the clouds using RR stencil. Added doodles, of course, sponged edges. Put it on a white card that I sponged today's colors on the edges. So, hope you like it.......TFL :0) P.S. To get the green for the tree, I mixed the so saffron and bashful blue. Tricky huh.

Nutmeg, now is this not darling or what? I dont know what's going on w/your ink pads, but this card shows no evidence of needing to be reinked. The colors are just perfect along with that doodling. I love how the image takes center stage. Just perfect.
