Sympathy card for my friend at work who lost her mom to ovarian cancer last week. It is always difficult for me to do sympathy cards, as I remember my own mom. But for that reason, I try to make something special that will touch the heart.
The sentiment is from Roses in Winter, and touches my heart. The inside reads 'Praying for You'.

Pat this certainly touched my heart, it is beautiful and I'm sure you dear friend will cherish it. I have a hard time with sympathy cards also. Had to send one today.

This is indeed a special card - beautiful work. Love how you've done the flowers and I love the delicate border. I too must go make some sympathy cards for a funeral later this week - I also find them difficult to make. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration...
