Julie, I love your gallery! I went back a couple of years and found this card. I picked it because I loved the colors and because of the fabulous use of scraps.
I changed the image and it's treatment: I stamped the seahorse with stazon on watercolor paper and colored him in with markers and an aqua painter.
I changed the method for creating the background paper with scraps: I glued lots and lots of scrap strips together and them trimmed them down to a rectangle. I then ran some stickles along some of the seams.
I left off the sentiment and moved the ribbon. I added the black dots around the outside frame.
I think that's all.

This is wonderful, Kathryn! I love the seahorse and your perfect coloring of him. Your scraps sure rival some expensive dp. I love the glitter stripes you added to it. Thanks so much for taking the time to case me and for your really sweet comments.

Oh Kathryn, so could you selected this one! I dont have any fish images, so I could even come close to this. Love that glittered paper on an angle with that pearlescent ribbon. Beautifully cased card~
