I stamped the image on white cardstock and then painted with Twinks. I ran the ends of the image through the Cuttlebug using the Distressed Strips embossing folder and then painted with Warm Pecan. It was mounted on a Red textured unknown cardstock. I used the same cardstock to punch out the top border. (More details on how to do it on my blog). The bottom border was punched, mounted and then threaded with the ribbon. The words are from a Cuttlebug die set with glitter glue applied. The pearls were the last addition.
