This HS graduation card for my husband's niece (she's going to Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo) is done with the famous "leslierich TP Technique," as seen here on her beautiful pear card: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers I masked the frame and then TP'd on the Old Olive, More Mustard and Summer Sun. Then I colored the frame with green twinkling h20's, bleached out the sails, boat and gulls and painted them with white twinkling h20's. Thanks, Leslie, for this "glowing" technique.

Holy cow, Linda! Where does one begin to list everything that's great about this card?!! But just to name a few...the color blocking, the background stamping, the bleaching...and you have got that glow down! Wow!
