This is a very fun sketch from Emma for the April 2009 WICKED Challenge.
In keeping with my theme today of designing cards to use at a SAS featuring stamp sets and their coordinating wheels, I wheeled the background pieces.
I've never done a Faux Tile card that I really liked, but I'm pretty satisfied with this one. This technique seems to work well with the wheeled pattern. I added some very soft sponging on the two side panels, and left the top and bottom plain, just to show 2 different ways of doing the technique.
Thanks for another great month of WICKED! I'd love to hear what you all think.
