Hi! This card was made for today's Sketch Challenge.
I really wanted to play with my new Copic Airbrush today...I know, I'm like a kid in a candy store with $20 burning a hole in my pocket! Anyway, I decided that I was going to have some fun with this silhouette set.
The airbrush kit is pretty easy to use. I punched a 3/4" hole in a piece of scrap paper and used the negative space as my mask. I sprayed several colors of yellow into the mask's hole to create the sun. Next, I sprayed in pale pink, pale yellow and VERY little Lipstick Red to create the sunset. I filled in with an orange.
Next, I sprayed in Blue Greens, working from lightest to darkest. To finish, I stamped the grasses in Chocolate Chip! The butterflies are Martha Stewart punches.
I added brads and dots.
Total card time, Start to Finish: 11 minutes 42 seconds!
